RULES FOR PAPER PRESENTATION
       1. An entry can have a maximum of 2 authors per paper.
       2. The paper should not exceed more than 10 pages. Proper references and citation should be given on the last page
       3. The format of the paper should be in IEEE.
       4. Eight (8) minutes will be given for the presentation and Two (2) minutes for the interactive session.
       5. There will be one bell after 6 minutes indicating only 2 minute left to complete the presentation.
       6. Carry two hard copy of paper, with the slides copied in a CD. (Pendrives are not allowed)
       7. Judges decision will be final.

RULES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
       1. Each poster should include a topic/title across the top. The Font Size should be at least 18 point, in bold printing to be seen easily.
       2. Each poster should be about 48" by 96" (small variations in size are acceptable).
       3. Underneath the topic/title, student authors' names, title/position, advisor's name, college, postal addresses, and e-mail addresses should be listed in 16 point type minimum size.
       4. The text information should be in at least 16 point type.
       5. The poster must NOT be a commercial/product sales poster. Any poster that is deemed to be a commercial advertisement will be removed from the Conference as unacceptable.
       6. Abstracts for technical poster presentation should provide a clear description of the topics addressed in the poster.
       7. Topic must be relevant to special topics and recent regulatory initiatives in the water, wastewater, oil and gas industries. Topics may include: Pipeline Durability, Operation and Maintenance, Infrastructure Assessment and Monitoring, Planning, Risk Management, Hydraulic Design, Design, Construction and Specialty Areas.
       8. The abstract is limited to 500 words and a maximum of 2 pages. Figures and diagrams are not considered in the word count and are encouraged.
       9. There will be one bell after 6 minutes indicating only 2 minute left to complete the presentation.
       10. Judges decision will be final.

RULES FOR PROJECT PRESENTATION

       6. Carry two hard copy of paper, with the slides copied in a CD. (Pendrives are not allowed)
       7. Judges decision will be final.
